Gross Domestic Happiness

The words from a speech at a State level Debate- Premises of the speaker: Vrushti Trivedi

Gross Domestic Happiness is more important in judging the well being of a country than Gross domestic Product.
We all know that GDP measures the number of goods produced and thus, the economy of the country. But do we know the actual meaning of the word happiness? Happiness is a state of mind. It does not depend on acquiring material products. If to be rich were to be happy, then why do we see stress, depression and suicide rates rising even though the economy is growing? Just see Japan, according to the World Bank it ranks third in GDP in the world. Then why does it have such a high suicide rate of 26 persons per 100,000 individuals? So, even if a country’s GDP is high, but GDH is low, we cannot say that the country is in a state of well being. Though Hitler succeeded in increasing the GDP of Germany from the Great Depression to particular normal levels, yet we all know that Germany under the Nazis was not a happy Germany.

The importance of happiness has been comprehended years ago. The sages spent their entire lives in   the forest. Did they ever worry about their trading concerns or their means of earning a livelihood? No, because they had understood that the ultimate goal of life is the bliss of the soul. So, this idea of GDH is in accordance to the ancient Holy Scriptures which encourage humans to be happy.
The term GDH was actually coined by Jigme- the ruler of Bhutan. And today, Bhutan is the happiest country in the world. It measures GDH on a certain scale based on equitable social development, cultural preservation, conservation of the environment and good governance.  This policy has attracted other countries which are also developing such Indexes because they have come to know that socioeconomic and cultural development is much more important than simply economic development.  Gross Domestic Product could measure amount of goods and services and so on.  But it could not measure the health of an individual or the quality of education provided to the students. It could not measure the joy, the rights, the ideals and the beliefs of the citizens of a country. In short, it could not measure all the factors that make our lives worth living.
People say that health could be achieved by spending money. But actually, our mind is much stronger than our body and controls each and every aspect of it. This is proven by a research by Julia Boehm and her colleagues from the Harvard School of Public Health which says that “Positive thoughts and a happy mind could reduce the chances of getting strokes and heart attacks and so is the case with other diseases.”
A cake adorned with artistic icing may appear to be very tempting but ultimately, it is the taste which matters. So while GDP is the icing, GDH is the cake itself. So, an increase in GDP would not necessarily buy happiness . But yes, an increase in GDH would definitely increase the per capita efficiency of the individuals and hence increase the GDP of the county.

To summarize, I would say, that every country must be judged on the basis of its GDH rather than GDP, so that the policy makers could concentrate more on GDH levels of the country. Was King Midas happy by the touch of gold? Similarly, no country could be happy by increased levels of GDP only. So, we should all try to be happy and contribute to the growth of the GDH of the country.

In Love

The gloomy night seemed a joyful matter,
For my heart was unjust and somewhere lost.
I felt the charms being sung to me,
A fluid of fun circulated in my cells.
Though my thoughts were impermeable to all worries,
But there was something mating my mind
To think of something rather blissful.
My lips urged to broaden up,
For something intimate had licked my mind.
My soul felt restful and purer than ever,
There was something for which I was glad.
I took a second and took a step back,
To know what kept me awake.
A shrill cry I just gave abrupt,
For I came to know that I was in love.
In love with someone whose never a past.
Yet a weird worry nested in my heart.
I was doubtful to the extent of an ocean,
“Whether he ever noticed me?”
He smiles with a shine forever,
But his eyes never seem to take my sight,
“Will he ever be mine?”
I have been pondering onto this point
At all times and rather at night,
But something that science could guarantee is
That my love will always enchant me with his light.

Homage to the Pope

The Pope has declared the year 2015 as "The Year of Consecrated Life". I pay homage to this
declaration through this article on Consecrated Lives. It is an account of my honest personal experiences with consecrated people. This account won the Best Essay award in the student's category in the entire North-western province in the Provincial Consecrated Life Essay competition.

The Consecrated Life
That’s my chocolate”, yelled the 4 year old tyke, and her brother rushed behind her. Do we humans know what could be called as “mine” in our life. We all are the children of God, then how can we tag anything as “our” when we ourselves aren’t “our’s”?  Did that infant know of the spiritual world and the essence of life?  So her words could be excused. But the baffling point is that with growing knowledge of life that we gain with age, our “mine”s become even more dominant. The chocolates are replaced with other possessions. And in the murk of the greed for tagging more of elements made by the Creator as “mine”, we gradually forget our Creator himself.
In such a scenario, presence of consecrated lives is quite flabbergasting. These serene and composed humans are the true idol of chastity and purity. In a world where people cannot sacrifice chocolates, there are people who devote their entire lives in service of God.
Being a Convent student, in every walk of school life, I have been with the consecrated people. Their abnegation of worldly life has always been appealing to me since childhood.
The archives section of my brain reminds me of my very first day at school in India. The sight of my principal- a nun, was more tranquilizing than anything else. I wondered why she wore that white cloak-like dress. But the glow of chastity and divine knowledge on her face attracted my attention. And so was the case with other sisters from our Convent. The way they walked, the way they conveyed knowledge and the way they spoke had created an ambience of peace at school. Being an innocent infant, I didn’t understand what made me gaze at those people, but today I understand its secret.
My interaction with the sacred people was soon not bound to one country alone. I met a father at a church abutting my house in Britain. Being new to the country, I used to have a feeling of insecurity within me. I talked my heart out to him when I met him. I never used to participate in any school events. But the next day Bramley Church of England Infant School had a mere demonstration or something, and for that it was to conduct some act by the students. The priest of that church was coincidently organizing it and so he came into the hall in our school and chose me for the main role. From that day itself, I earned a new confidence. I was encouraged by a consecrated person to show up my talent among strangers.
It is said that the consecrated people help in the uplifting the poor. They serve God by serving the humans- his Creation. For me, that priest was a blessing of God. So, the consecrated people not only help the poor and the needy, but they sow a seed of confidence in every frightful heart, a seed of hope in every melancholic being and a seed of religiousness and spirituality in every soul.
So, when I returned back to India, I compelled my father to get me an admission in the same Convent School I studied, before going to Britain.
Every person has a gloomy part just like I had, in shifting of countries rapidly. Though we didn’t settle in England after the immigration, but I brought back to India, a changed myself, affected by the culture of Europe. And so I had become the reason for everyone’s merriment at school. My attitude, accent and behavior seemed strange to my Indian mates. And so being bantered was obvious. I used to cry every night underneath my blanket. I had as though become a victim of mental abuse. But luckily, I had a sister as our class teacher. She soon understood the situation and held my hand, lifted me up, and gave me a new attitude of settling issues of life. She didn’t stop the mischievous students, but her words and her presence gave me the strength to tackle the depressed condition.
How can I ever forget the help of these two consecrated people? They have contributed to making me what I am today- A confident student, ready to fight against all odds. All words of gratitude fall short of their effect.
This is about me, a sixteen year old, than what of those who are elder and have ever been in contact with these consecrated people? Their lives must have been inspired deeply by these sacred humans.
Even today, at one point or the other, I am inspired by the chastity and composure of these people. The way they organize everything and tackle situations has always taught me great lessons. The control over their desires and their temper has always been a point to learn from. Their lives are a true example of dedicating oneself to God. They live such a life that they can become closer to Jesus. Their solemn prayers invoke in us a feeling of closeness to God.
Secularism exists in every society. So, the most important part is respecting each other’s faith. And these consecrated lives have always respected the religion of the students. This point heightens my level of respect for them.
From Sciences to Morals, they have been the best of teachers of the subjects. Whether it be the ‘A’ or the ‘Amen’, they have always taught us in the best manner, invoking in us a respect for all the knowledge that we gain.
For me, these consecrated people have changed my life and added a better scent into it- the scent of the purity of Virgin Mary into it.
We must learn to dedicate ourselves to God from these people. If not completely, then at least to some extent. The aura of peace is what we must develop around us in order to do so.
Pope Francis declared 2015 as the Year of Consecrated Lives, but I would say, every year could be the Year of Consecrated Lives because the selflessness of these people has uplifted millions. Just like St. Teresa, every Consecrated person today, is spending himself to spread light in the lives of other people. I thank all the consecrated people from the deepest core of my heart for all that they have done for me and for my brothers and sisters round the world.

Life- Never Give it Up

"I no more want to live " were the words, and the conversation of the two protagonist of the chronicle feathered by "Ved Vyasa" took pace. It was a war scenario with the sun having set a few moments ago. The speaker was the great archer and my most favorite hero of history- Arjun and the listener was God himself - Lord Krishna, the charioteer of Arjun. Arjun had been defeated by one of his firmest rivals- Karna. His pride had been shattered, and so he wished to end life. But Lord Krishna persuaded him to live, using his skills of elucidation. Had Arjun committed suicide then, the war of Mahabharata would have ended up in a different manner. And that's where lies the importance of individual being. How Krishna persuaded Arjun is not a matter to put light on at this point of time.
But what tends to be highlighted here, is that each person has a role in life. And if he wishes to die before his pre-decided schedule, he is actually being a coward and running away from the duties levied upon him. Each of our lives might not have as important a meaning as Arjun's, but yet have a lot of vitality and a different meaning. So if we do not stay alive for fulfilling that meaning, then we shall never be bestowed upon with salvation.
Suppose that our mother has given us a handmade gift with infinite love embedded into it. So what would we do? We would definitely put it in a safe place where it won't get damaged, or use it carefully. But what if we accept it, and when our mind urges, break it into pieces or tear it up? If mother comes to know of our deed, how much shall she be hurt and sorrowed? Wouldn't it be a critically punishable crime on our part?
Well, our mother is the Creator and the beautiful gift is our boon of life. If we end it up, without his will, then that would hurt him much more than anything. And he might not forgive us for that. According to nature, everything must go on in a rhythmic cycle. Life and death are the part of the cycle of nature. If we make our move on our will, we would be guilty of the crime of breaking up the law of nature.
But the very defect of the matter is that people cannot abstain from such acts at times because circumstances force them to do so. The excuse verbalized by their last lip movements include severe depression due to the loss of hold upon the happenings in life.
The loss of someone's life is the most afflicting juncture of life. So if one feels to end up life, one must first think of the consequences. How can a suicide affect the lives of the dear ones of the person ending life. No circumstance could weigh more than the grief that some others would have to bear because of the one committing suicide.
A talk to a friend of a person who committed a suicide had certain words that showcased a very high order of melancholy. The words of a friend were such that one could not dare to imagine the condition of the family of the person who called upon death.
At times it happens with each one of us that the agenda of sorrows and plights stand at our doors like unwelcome guests. No guest could live in our houses for the entire life. We don't leave our houses when such unwanted guest arrives. We simply wait for the guest to wave off. And there's definitely a moment when the unwelcome person bid us a 'bye'.
Similarly, in life, we must wait for that moment and keeping our hope firm, tackle the difficulties. Any situation is a defiance to our very existence. It is the test of our ability. Just like an education system, the system of life has an examination culture. God examines our patience, determination and strength by staking challenges onto us. If we fail and quit this hall of examination, then our condition would be even worse than university dropouts, because dropouts of life are debarred from heaven, according to the Holy books of almost all the religions.
If we feel that the toughest challenge has been bestowed upon us, then instead of trying to google suicidal ways, we must feel the pride of being tagged  the most intelligent and eligible student of life. As the most intelligent student is always given the hardest of questions.
If we meet someone speaking bulks of depressed words and talking of ending her life, then at that very moment our duty must shift onto elucidating the person the importance of life.
We don't feel lucky to be given human life. But actually, that is a point to feel good about. The lives of animals are full of hardships. So, if we have been endowed with a human life, then we are among the very few lucky souls. We are among the few crores in the infinite world of living beings, stretching from microbes to the multicellulars. Can there be any more a stronger reason for us wanting to end up our life than the reason of being born with as good a fate?
We have developed a tendency of crying over simply nothing. And that is but human nature. Even on our first day we have cried like anything. We expect too much from life and when a part of our expectation turn away, we feel depressed. This happens when we live life superficially. We all have never known ourselves. Our insight about life is attaining material pleasures. In the contest to improve reputation and influence others, we forget the true meaning of our life. The truth lies within us and self realization is the only way life would confide the clandestine to us.
The soul is the ultimate truth and that it is never affected by minor fluctuations of life. We befit our soul only when we believe in the power of ourselves. Deep within us, there's a chamber that leads to the gateway of power. This power must be realized during the plights and the soul will confide a way that will help fight the exigencies.
But what we do is, during difficulties, we simply lament over circumstances, instead of trying to overcome the conditions or trying to find the solution.
Suppose here's a math problem:
A girl goes to buy 10 oranges. She had Rs. 60 in her pocket. Each orange costed Rs.7. Then how much money will she fall short of and would have to borrow from a friend whom she had already lended Rs. 20. What will be the final amount left as a debt? And who would be in debt?
Considering the steps:
Firstly we would calculate the total cost of 10 oranges. Then we would subtract the total amount the girl has from the total cost of all oranges. Then falling short of Rs 10 the girl will borrow them from a friend. Finally, her friend would be in a debt (Rs. 10 debt). We get the answer once we realize the inner concept of solving such problems.
But if we compare the scenario with real life, then this Rs 10 condition could be compared with some other real life problem. Suppose we are falling short of Rs. 10 like the girl in the problem, we simply close up the doors for solutions. We forget how much more we need to pay. We forget all the other further conditions and start thinking of how that falling short of ten rupees would affect us, We feel that we would now be barred from buying oranges (though only one), then we think that so we would not be able to make the orange juice. And as orange juice is a good health and energy supplement, so without it, our health and ability to do work will be affected. We then think that if we cannot work, how can we earn a livelihood?
Well, that is how we create circumstances for our own. Instead of thinking of the solutions, we peep more and more into the problems. And that's what leads absurd thoughts of ending life, The above scenario might seem a mere exaggeration, but just because it is a simple condition, the circumstances seem unthinkable. But when it comes to complex problems of life, we actually do exaggerate circumstances.

And the solution hides behind!

Suppose a child is overburdened with studies, he starts contemplating, "I will not be able to cope up with studies. I will fail. The society would make fun of me. My parents would be embarrassed. I cannot face it all. I must die". The pupil concentrates on problems instead of solutions. If he peeps into the soul, he would find the power within himself to improve and tackle all the burdens of studying and would end up scoring good.
So whenever a person analyses conditions, the other way out, the wrong way, the circumstances would over-weigh the vitality of life.
So, whenever (it would definitely feel so sometime) anyone of us feels the same, we must try to meditate or in any other way try to connect to ourselves, talk our heart out with the inner "us". If that doesn't work out we could always talk to a friend or a relative. Even the dumbest person would be able to influence our motives of suicide.
Also, we must always be ready to shed our words of inspiration to a person who has made up the mind to die. We would then we performing one of the holiest and most pious errands. We would be saving a life!
So, we must learn the importance of life. Try understanding ourselves. Try to focus on solutions. Feel good for minutest of things. Procure the true meaning of life. Walk on the path of self realization or enlightenment. And then there would be wonders, the problems confronting us would be repulsed like the two like poles, and life would be enchanting and much much more adorable!

Focus and you Succeed

A well known mythical tale from the Hindu epic 'Mahabharata' speaks the most inspiring moral that could be packed over and carried along throughout the journey of life. The lesson could be the path indicator in every turn of living. All chores could be a success if only is that cliche applied into every move.
The tale of the best archer of history- Arjun. Arjun was the son of Pandu- the king of Hastinapur. During his days of learning, he was the disciple of Guru Dronacharya. Once Drona, in order to test his pupil, ordered them to aim at a bird's eye and then asked each one to describe what was visible and it was only Arjun who said that he could see the bird's eye and nothing else. The others gave vague replies, like they could see the tree, the leaves, the birds and so on. This reply itself reveals the minutest clandestines of Arjun's success as an archer. Even in today's world, the great archer is remembered for his skill and dedication.
This short excerpt from the Mahabharata teaches us to be focused in whatever task we perform. Arjun wasn't able to sight anything else but his goal, and so he succeeded in shooting at the minute eye of the bird. Its all about focusing completely onto whatever we tend to do.
The rays of the Sun could only heat things up. But when focused onto a paper with a convex lens, the papers burns off. That depicts the strength of being focused. The lens of a camera would click blurred image until the focus is set properly. So if we don't focus on our aims, the blurred image of our goals would not aid us in achieving them.
A horse is equipped with a blinkers or blinders, that cover the side of their heads in order to abstain them from turning to the sides and makes them focus on the path they need to move on. Even in our lives, we homo sapiens must put this method into practice. Our blinkers must be the determination and dedication to toe the course set up for our dream.
A labyrinth has several lanes to enter into, but those are the delusions from the appropriate path. If we focus completely on the maze and prevent ourselves from being distracted by allowing ourselves to step into the wrong direction, only then can we achieve our aim of successfully crossing through the labyrinth. Similarly, in our lives, once we go off- track we get stuck into the delusions and then it becomes very difficult to be on- track. So its all about focusing on our way and the shot we get is of our aspired goal.
One of the great poems "Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost with its lucid wordings, teaches us a vital chapter of life. The poet says that he is astonished by the sight of the ravishing  snow- covered forest and wants to sit gazing at the wonder of nature, but that he oughts to fulfill his duties and walk miles before he rests. The scenario created in this poetry is one to be related to that of reality, there are mere beautiful and exult giving things of life that stray us from our aim, but we must be stubborn enough to focus our mind and our deeds onto our ambition.
The stubbornness must be much more than that of a child. A tyke cries for a particular toy, but that child doesn't know what focusing for an aim is. So, once the parents diverts her from her aspiration, the baby is back into control and the toy is out of her mind. This diversion is a part of human nature. So our stubbornness to keep focusing on our ambition must exceed to the adamant nature of a child, only then can the diversions not divert us.
In a hurdle race, the athlete jumps over every hurdle because his foucs is upon touching the ribbon first, and that's what takes him to the finish line in shortest of duration. Just like the athlete, non of the diversions should bear the energy to impede our footsteps leading to our aim.
We the Vishwamitras musn't be seduced by the Menakas of our life. This famous anecdote could be linked to life. Lord Indra's maneuver to break Sage Vishwamitra's meditation availed only because the sage's focus might not have been firm enough to abstain the lecherousness. Our focus and concentration mustn't be blown off even by the catastrophe creating hurricanes. We are the Vishwamitras and the Menakas are not only the seducing distractions but any other form that could divert our focus upon our aim. It could be anything ranging from a socialism to individualism. It could be Facebook, or a face or a book. But if our aim is being a painter, no other colours of life must replace the colours in our pellet while our task of painting a masterpiece is into practice.
The focus should be such that even bodily needs like hunger could not distract us while we are working on our goal. The sages used to not only abstain relations with the material world but even the systems and organs of their body didn't urge them to get up, stroll and nibble a piece of food.
"Ichhamrutyu"  or death upon ones own wish used to be the aims of certain saints upon the completion of their role in life. Their divinity and their focus upon death used to be such that none of the aspects of living used to distract their need to die.
Such are we humans built that our physique could adjust every circumstance. So, without any further excuses, we must attach our soul to our goal so that our focus won't stroll into any other directions. That's the formula of success. Focus and the victory becomes our refuge. Stray away and temporary pleasures shall lie by us, but when the slumber breaks, it could be quite too late to wake up and chase our dream. The eternal bliss  and rapture lies only in the attainment of the reason we are born for. And if we elucidate the reason to ourselves and concentrate completely on what is to be done, even the strings of time would be our captive and our goal would be held in our fists.
So focus, just like Arjun did, and all the Karnas of life could be defeated. Just link the soul to the goal, and our goal will start the journey towards us.

Loneliness

The night shimmered and the leaves trembled. The clouds struck, the sky was illuminated momentarily and none but a wild bat was sighted . The girl was all alone, wandering in the horrifying jungle. She felt a pinch of loneliness. Is this only what loneliness is?
All alone in a group of people

Our neurons could be polarised for loneliness even when we are encompassed by several human beings. Loneliness is something that stretches its extent to such heights that it is beyond comprehension. It is a feeling created by our Creator in the realm of our heart in order to bind us together socially.
A girl is sitting in a room with a number of people. There is a barragement of thoughts and ideas in her mind but somehow she could not confide with anyone. People around her are real and respectable human beings yet the girl feels hesitated to speak up. A feeling strikes her heart, she feels uneasy, her mind feels a kind of mourning and a temporary grief  surrounds the girl. This feeling that the girl experiences, is loneliness.
Though in a group, a lonely person feels like as shown in the picture

Loneliness is said to be "the want of intimacy". It has also been defined by the philosopher "Soren Kierkegaard" as "shut-upness and solitariness of the civilized". It is distinguishable from mourning. In simple words, loneliness is the need of someone close to the heart with whom all the phases of life could be enjoyed and every incident could be discussed.
A lonely person's thoughts are the ones that sprout the seed of their loneliness. Our mind works in whatsoever way we guide it to. So once we start thinking of being lonely, we end up being lonely. Loneliness is the strongest of emotions and feelings and so once we are lost into the ocean of self isolation, all the other thoughts get barred behind the negative emotion of lonesomeness. As a result, we simply couldn't think of anything else but being isolated. Negative notions tend to seek a permanent place in our brain. So once the want of intimacy wins over us, it becomes quite difficult to get rid of it. Metacognition proves that thoughts possess the power of killing. So, intense chronic loneliness could lead to a number of symptoms which include diseases like Alzheimer's disease, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and even death. Loneliness could at times end up into depression and suicidal attempts. Moreover, once one enters in a state of loneliness, the person starts feeling more antisocial. Loneliness thus, being a complex phenomenon could have several effects ranging from psychological to physical on a person suffering from it and so its influence must be prevented.

An absence of a soul mate is what loneliness is. So loneliness tends to point out to a kind of selfishness. It is the want of someone who would be with us all the time and keep on thinking of us. And such a covetous nature depicts ones' selfishness. Yet the fact that each person has this greed cannot be denied. The heart seeks someone to rather get attached to. But when the "Attachment not found" message reaches the brain, the soul begets loneliness.
To surmise, loneliness being a psychological condition, it could be treated by one's own will. We  could be lonely only until we ourselves want to be. As soon as we feel lonely we must start thinking of the comforting words that someone would have ever said to us. This technique would relieve much of the urge to cry that gathers into our heart. Anon, we all do know that an attachment needs a first step to be taken. We must join the crowd and make friends with new people. That's the way to win over the evil of isolation. Every new bond entangles with a broad smile. And that would definitely be enough to trash the feeling of loneliness.
We tend to defend ourselves from evil happenings, but thinking of being lonely instead pushes us into the hell of the evil world of lonesomeness. So, when we are on the edge to fall into the ditch, we must hold someone's hand who can pull us out of dark world of negative cogitations, keeping in mind that the first move should be from our side.
Just one move into the social world could simply treat all the lonesomeness in our hearts and our soul would finds its mate as soon as it attempts to do so. And once we get that soul mate, life would become much better and the word loneliness would no longer mean anything. So lets step out of this darkness of negative contemplation and step into an optimistic and positive dimension of socialism, friendship and love.

Love

God created the humans on Earth. He, in a demiurgic manner, layered each organ of our body with each feelings and functions. And to the heart did he give the most tedious job of pumping blood, such that he made it the organ of life. In the different realms of the heart he daintily stuffed different feelings. This depicted the fact that as heart functioned until death, so he wanted a person to be emotionless only when the heart beat impediments or when a person dies.

So, we humans are accompanied by sentiments in every walk of life. Without emotions we would become like lifeless mass of perfectly  manufactured physique. So God thought to stuff us with several emotions. Firstly, he created the positive emotions. But then, as he was brushing it up, he created negative emotions, so as to emphasize the importance of positive feelings. But later, he thought that it would be difficult to bind the humans with each other without a certain feeling because miseries would only lead to violence and extinction of the race. So, then God created the most beautiful and binding emotion, and maybe, the homo sapiens baptized it as- love.
Actually, love is that gluing feeling created by God that attaches the hearts. The way resonant bodies acquire same amplitude, similarly, when the frequency of brain waves and heart waves of two people synchronize, a kind of bonding is formed between them and the feeling of love does its work. That is why love creates filaments of bonding between any two people in the firmament who don't seem to be similar by blood, but their frequencies match.
The way every new creation gets gradually garnished by unwanted ailments, even the true meaning and sense of love has been being topped by layers of vulgarity and wrong comprehensions. Whenever love comes to mind, the physical attraction is the first thing that we visualize and due to that, the true sense of love is being killed. When being racy comes first to the mind, that isn't love.
The word love is being thought to be a kind of obnoxious and vulgar. When we read the word-love, do we first think of connate love towards our parents? No, we simply think of a valentine's love. The kind of love to be approved by cupid- the God of love. The kind of love that is actually infatuation.
So to connote, the true meaning of love has vanished.
God created that pious and sacred emotion of bondage which has been wrongly interpreted these days. Moreover, this word, besides being vulgar, has become a trend among youngsters. An "I love you", and the opposite gender listener, becomes completely theirs. Whether the heart attaches or not, the brain gets attracted by a person, and the proposal creeps in.
Actually the word love has a deep philosophy underneath it. Love isn't just a single feeling. The way, the pituitary gland is the master gland, love is the master emotion. Contemporary with love arises satisfaction, attraction, happiness, joy and its synonymous feelings. We human beings are addicted to comfort, shelter and protection. And love provides the same shelter, comfort and protection. So love doesn't arise from the physical feelings, only attraction can arise in such a manner. And once love arises, if it is an opposite gender person, then another kind of love ushers and the hormones create the physical feeling. But this new kind of love is actually an offspring of the first kind of love,i.e., the affectionate love. So sexual love arises only from affectionate love. If the physical love arises first instead of affectionate love, then it is actually not love, but it is infatuation or attraction. This deep meaning of love has been misinterpreted and the word "love" has been undignified.
A coffee table talk with teenagers have brought about the only physical meaning of love. I asked one of them that what according to him, was actually the true meaning of the word love. The explanation went on for quite many sips. He said, "Love is being loyal to my dearest girlfriend. Love is having blind faith upon my girlfriend. Love is touching no one (a girl) other than my girlfriend with vivid intentions. My girlfriend has become a habit for me, just like rum becomes an addiction, similarly, my love, my girlfriend has become a necessity for me ( to quote his words) - wo mera nasha ban gayi hai. " Well, maybe, he was right in his part, I didn't use the illicit polygraph test on him to find out whether he truly loved his girlfriend but there was something critical that I noticed.

I had never mentioned about love towards his girlfriend. I mean, I had simply asked him what love was. He did not even utter a single word relating to the other forms of love. I mean motherly affection meant nothing to him. I don't tend to criticize anyone who helped me to hunt for the meaning of love but it means that the smell that I had perceived of the vanishing vapours of the true meaning of the sacred emotion was not an illusion.
So, altogether love is a complicated feeling that has been given a simple name by the English lexicographers. There would have been a thousand million google searches this Valentines Week on the topics like "How to love" or "Whom to love" or "How to show love" or "What to gift to impress a lover", but I bet, not even a thousand searches would have been for questing the meaning of the word "love".
The couples boast of that they could elucidate to anyone, the meaning of love. The coffee table talk was for the same purpose. I wanted an explanation of the feeling of love. But the results really left me startled. The parental love is as though not at all love for the young adults. They just simply lived, to dress up to impress the already impressed and the unimpressed ones.
Every hunt must have a connotation, and my personal views of true love is that of course love is an attachment of hearts and not the brains, but when we love a person, we do not try to keep trying to win over the person's heart. the way teens of today, dress up and spend thousands extravagantly to impose a good impression upon the lover is quite ridiculous according to me. I would never hesitate to stroll around in front of my father in my night suit with undone and uncombed hair. I would not think before making a foolish comment in my brother's presence. I would not worry if anyone of them gets infuriated with me. I would be sure that their heart waves are never going to change and so will mine. So the love is never to increase. The glues sticky enough to tie my minutest atom with my family. I would not be ashamed to show my weaknesses to my grandma, or my absurd jokes would always keep irritating my grandpa. I have been falling down in their presence, and have been balancing myself in their presence. In my ups and downs, they have never left me alone. I would never bring chocolates in order to win over anyone of them. I know that god destined us to stay together and so did he attach us and grouted us. Then why not being the true "me" in front of them. So, I feel, this is true love.
Howsoever I look, my mom loves me.
Because that is what true love is.

One doesn't need to even verbalize those "I love yous" in order to express one's feeling to a true lover again and again. The greeting cards and flowers are all rubbish. The materialistic attractions encourage such acts. I don't blame teenagers because their hormones indirectly are the cause of the attractions that have been misinterpreted in most cases as love. But it is a kind of genuine point that they must think over, before getting into a relationship that are they meant for each other...Is their love only physical love or the affectionate love. Have they always been trying to impress each other or have been in their ground state in front of their lover.
There's a need for the couples to understand that other forms of love do exist and that the true and sacred emotion of bondage needs to be preserved. Just take a step back and set off for the voyage to search for the true feeling of love in the seas of emotions created by God. Actually, love is incomprehensible. The only way to define love is the compassion and affection towards a person whose company feels comfortable, shame- free, joyous, amiable and amicable. There's no need to ogle at our mother. So love isn't a lecherous feeling, it is the voice of our heart.
So, this Valentine's  Day, the best gift to anyone could be elucidation of the true meaning of the pious and sacred emotion - love.
"Love is: drowning,
 In the ocean of affection.
 Love does neither see
 The form nor complexion.
 It sees not, one's extravagance
 And one's biz.
 An intimate attachment,
 Love truly is."

It is an humble plead to each human to not to crumble the importance and purity of the intelligently inscribed emotion in the realms of our heart. Love is not only meant for the peace of mind. But love is meant for the peace of our souls. And if our your soul rests when we are with someone, then it means we love that "someone". Peace of the soul is a litmus test for intimate love.

Meditation- the Best Weapon

A very boom of the clouds of stress besiege every individual during the years of life, just as each forest experiences the melancholy of autumn. But as the showers of summer herald the coming of the euphoric spring, the shedding of leaves impediment and  we feel that it is only in a human' s life, that the shedding of energy due to stress is ever lasting. Each drought is revived by a spell of rain in nature but our notions have been bound to think that there ain't a cliche to a stress free, kind and loving life.
Though throughout aeons, meditation techniques have been implemented by grave sages and monks, it has been a plight for normal human beings to follow up. But as though it were a gradual gold rush, today, the number of non- meditating individuals is dwindling in an unremarkable manner. So still this shower of rain is not being adopted by most of the plants of this sapiens' forest. And so is the formula to lead a stress free, focused and blissful life, a pathway filled with exigencies. Besides knowing the advantages, each individual feels that mediation isn't her/his cup of tea. One of the reasons for the aforesaid feeling is that even if a person tries to meditate, wavering thoughts penetrate into his/her lives.
The word of mouth that used to be the best promoter of meditation, have actually stimulated the writing up of thousands of books on meditation. These books like the one of 'Jennifer Brookes', state the best dimensions of meditation. The Industrial Revolution has instigated us to find logical elucidations of every fact, and so is today's women/men behind the actual effects of meditation on a human body. And with several benefits, in the cycle of years, meditation has been gaining a vital position in the daily course of people's lives.
The FAQs related to meditation include the most popular question- "What is meditation and how to meditate?" The simple lucid answer to this is that when we reach a free state of mind, when the plethora canvas of our brain in completely blank, when there ain't any disturbing stressful thoughts worrying the heart and when the soul meets its inner being, the state of mediation is achieved. Meditation is not only being physically stable, but is also being mentally situated at the very present time. When we don't have a reason for being present in the present and yet our brain resides in the present, the meditating state is achieved. When all the cogitations of past and future get plunged by the emptiness of the present, one is said to be meditating. In simple words, meditation is the condition or a state where a person meets herself/himself, when a person comprehends himself/herself and when a person communicates with himself/herself.
Technically speaking, the left hemisphere of our brain controls the reasoning, logistic and critical thinking abilities. These tasks cause the emission of beta waves from our brain. These can create a stressful juncture in our life. The right hemisphere of our cerebrum separated by the corpus callosum has been levied the function of controlling intuitive, imaginary, creative and memorial abilities of a person and releases the alpha waves. These waves help gaining a stable state of mind and yields in nurturing and growing happiness and alacrity in our minds by stimulating the release of hormones like endorphins and serotonins.

Meditation requires a calm place, but it need not be tall hilly venue or a forestry location, it could be one's bedroom, but a place where sitting still could be possible. The next step according to 'Sherri Stockman's ' book is sitting still and erect or sitting by resting our back and trying to relax each of our body elements. Gradually, starting from the head to torso and finally the lower limbs, one must try instigating every part to be permeable to positivity. Nextly, the mind should be blacked out, i.e., each thought in it must be crumbled and stored in any of its wardrobes for future consideration, such that there's nothing of which the brain thinks while meditating. Both 'Stockman' and 'Marry Mageau' write about the barragement of thought that a novice meditating individual experiences, but they also provide the key to the problem. According to them, each thought that tries to be processed in the brain is a short term contemplation and one can easily start shooing off such thoughts by concentrating upon the breathing pattern. 'Brookes' added to it by saying that the thoughts must be linked with the breathing pattern. With every mass of air that we exhale, we must throw out one particular thought, and slowly, our brain would be emptied.
So, what mediation does is that it coordinates the emission of waves from each hemisphere of the brain, such that only alpha waves are emitted. With this coordination, there is a resting state of mind that is achieved. So when one's thoughts are blank and one dosen't have the reason for it, one is successful in meditating. This is because the alpha waves pause the reasoning ability and stimulate the creative dimension of an individual. So, mediation has been successful in instigating the growth of creativity and intuitiveness, such that it imparts loads of elation to the being. Headaches and stress are the most inimical foes of human life and only meditation can overcome these evils naturally. The other effects of mediation include aid in loss of weigh, low blood pressure, stable physical state and lowered activity of certain parts of the brain. Meditation helps in thickening the cortical region providing a wider space for creativity and also help controlling the release of cortisol hormone. Being in a state of peacefulness, one's focusing ability increases in a short span of time, helping one to concentrate in a better manner. This focussing increases the learning and grasping potential of a person. Meditation also helps in multiplying physical strength and vigor, helping us to be boosted up for routine work outs. The horizon of  lists of advantageous consequences of meditation seem to meet the ending point every moment but it yet extends with every little step.
MEDITATION DOESN'T REQUIRE A PARTICULAR  POSITION

Besides the aforesaid benefits, people still don't seem to comprehend the true advantage of meditation. Well, someone told me that meditation is like smelling a flower. Broadly speaking, the joy and jolly that we are imposed upon by smelling a rose is undefinable. We never get a perceptible materialistic benefit by smelling the flower, but our inner self gets satisfied by it. We feel an unknown gladsome wave, that is equivalent or synonymous to the inner bliss that one gains by meditating. So its not about only materialistic benefits, but meditation purifies the thinking by garnishing it with good positive thoughts and optimistic approach towards life. And these positive thoughts strike us because of our ability to bid a bye to negativity with the aid of meditation.
Well then, its upto us. If we make our mind to meditate then in at least quite a few trials, we would find meditation to be an easier errund and soon we would be able to stuff meditation into our daily schedule. And one fine day, we would master that trick of controlling our brains. If the monks can control their body temperatures according to the Harvard University survey, or control their heart beats, then can't meditation be at least able to control the positivity in our thoughts? It definitely could, but the only effort required is to span a handful of time for this task, and then the complexities of life could untie its folds on its own, and then we would be the controller of ourselves and then we would be able to find ourselves in this world of lost personalities and our soul would attain the blissful state.
So its time to pledge to begin meditating. Cutting of a minute from chattering, a minute from facebook, a minute from the mailbox, a minute from gadding round and a minute from nurturing evil intentions, we could gather at least five minutes to sit calmly and solemnly to meet the best and the most faithful friends - "me", to understand the most faithful friend "me", to nurture the friendship between our mind and our soul, to tighten the bonds between our soul and our heart, to let the alpha state empty our thoughts, to let an aura encompass our body and to be the very person our soul wants to be.

A shortcut to success is a cut short to success

There have been a million Google searches every day as per an Internet survey of keywords like “Easiest path to success” or “The formula to instant success” and so on. This clearly puts into light the fact that tons of people have been trying to find a short cut to success.  So people have been blinded by the inspiring sentences stating that there is a short cut to success.
Two men met at a mountaineering seminar. One of the men stated his experience of scaling the peak. According to him, he scaled the peak without any oxygen requirements, without overcoming the hurdles or a single plight. The path was smooth and strong enough to prevent his collapse. He said that he had gained success easily. The other men heard keenly but then he put forward his experience. According to him, he summoned an acute need for oxygen, he was taken over twice by an avalanche, the rocks on the path stumbled down thrice plunging his life at stake. For him, the path to success was unfavorable, unconditional and extremely difficult.  So considering the words of the first person, one might conclude that there is a short cut to success which does not require determination and hard work. But later on it was revealed that the first person had scaled Mount Kinabalu (4000 mtrs) and the second one had scaled Mt. Everest (8000mtrs).
The first person had gained a cut short success, i.e., the achievement of scaling a low peak as he had adopted a short cut, i.e., an easy mountain to scale. So this simple example has a deep meaning underneath it. The path to success is long and coarse. Moreover, success isn’t truly speaking a materialistic commodity. It is in reality extreme happiness of a heart. So materialistic gains could be gained easily by paying a dozen of heavy notes, but joy of the heart is quite difficult to gain.
A potter shapes the pot quite carefully; he smacks at the mud and then shapes it. The more he hits the mud slightly with his hands, the more does the pot get stronger.  If instead, the potter in quest of instant success hurries up his task and in two or three hits finishes it up, then definitely he does achieve his task. But the pot carved by him is short-lived, i.e., it gets broken in a frail of time and is quite week.  So the lazy potter attains a cut short success.
Life is nothing but a pinch of sand, which needs to be seasoned before making a sand castle. A single day work out might help in leading  until a short distance in an athletic event, but then the stamina fades away and only the person who had been working since months or years wins the first place.
If there had been a shortcut to success, then almost all the people on Earth would have attained success and the word “success” would not have been as vital in life. In each person’s life there are failures and achievements. The winner loses some or the other day. This is because it is a cut short of success. Actually this is unstable success achieved through short leaps of tries. But actual success is when winning or losing doesn’t matter or when fortune and misfortune are one and the same. So when antonyms seem to a person as synonyms- “success” is achieved.
A player of a high jumping event moves a few distance away before taking a high jump. The lesser the distance he moves back, the lesser is the height to which he succeeds to jump. So if a person tries to jump from a point very near to the platform, i.e., takes a shortcut to success, then he could only succeed in jumping to a very low height or gains a cut short success.

So, minute examples of life highlight the fact that success is indeed cut short if the shortcut is used to achieve it. So why use the shortcuts? It is hard work that could help attain the highest peak of life. Its up to a person whether he wants to scale Mt. Kinabalu or Mt. Everest. Whether he wants a stronger pot or an easily breakable one. Whether he wants to lead in an athletic event upto a certain distance or wants to win it. Whether he wants to follow the google results and attain a cut short success or follow the toughest path of life and attain the brightest gift from God- true success.

The True "me"

We might be bad at swimming but good at tennis. We might be good in language, but worst at maths. We might love sulking and gadding round but hate studying with persuasion. We might be ill- tempered and irascible, but also kind- hearted and caring by nature. We might be loving sweets but  be wanting to cut up calories. We might hate nutritious eatables but love roadside junkies. We might be impatient to meet our friends but might be unwilling to get back to our parents. Whatever be our liking and disliking, we all have a unique "me" within us. A "me" might be adorable at times, but at times something to be ashamed of.
But have we ever wondered "Why am I me??" Yes, this is one of the interrogations that we sway upon us while pondering into someone's remark. And we try to add up layers of other traits upon the "me". And the true "me" gets stacked down into the overlying segments of attributes. The layers above the stacked down "me" vanish the true being of us. The flavors of extravagant spices with which we attempt to plead the on-lookers infer an amended self.
What if the plops of gallons of water upon the Earth, veil its "me", i.e. , its own characters due to unworthy remarks of water phobics? The words of any drenched idiot does not affect the wetting ability of water. It never veils its being, by the influence of the comments of the on-lookers. It simply trails upon its true "me".
The layers of attributes cover up the true self, making us what we aren't. The superficial features last for quite a few fortnights, but then the true me booms and spurs out like the magma. So whats the meaning of pretension? In reality, we all tend to gasconade in order to grasp a position into other people's favorites.
We alter our intonation to covet a higher standard in the peak of the society. But with swirls and twirls of trends, we end up bubbling our true "me" high into the air. With gradual accumulations of motifs of other's "mes", our own "me" dwindles and fades like the smoke that stirs itself with the wind. And we ourselves feel, as though we are lost in this world of other human's "mes".
The way we are baptized with an identical name, we must uphold our identical unique attributes. Imagine being named more than thrice after birth. We will never feel possessive of a single name. We would hop from one name to another, getting lost in the world of different identities. And in the race, our true identity would be lost. Similarly, God gifted us our "me" and we should be proud of being presented with it. Each one's existence feeds a purpose, but the conditions apply. The conditions reveal that the "me" mustn't be altered.
We tend to change up our thinking and behavior in order to procure a soft corner from others. But we forget that true liking for us should arise among people considering our literal being. The Trojan disguise was meant for wicked conquering. So similarly, though pretension aids us to besiege other's hearts but it actually depicts our cunning nature. We veil our true self in order to win hearts. Masking thoughts and actions, we in reality forget our "me".
So why don't we let others keep their remarks and we keep our "me". But inspite of several epoch- making quotes and preaching, we tend not to stick to the "me". A negative note shatters us while a positive one boosts us. So we covet for boosters and in the race to get the highest positive remarks, we pace enough to leave our strolling "me" behind. We try to be airing to the on-lookers in order to gain their assertions. Though we win assertions by doing so, but we actually lose ourselves, we lose our "me".

Having lost only certain personal belongings, we cry the entire self out, so to what extent can we be hurt, if we come across the fact that we have lost our "me"? We apply lotions to protect and defend our physique. But what do we apply to protect our inner "me"? When we do care for our outward self then why don't we tend to protect our inner "me"? A cut on the skin seems to be the end of the world. But do we notice the wound on our "me" that finally dies out of the pressure of the overlying attributes? Why can't we be ourselves? Why can't we dare to showcase our true "me"? The fright to be mocked at and asserted negatively is the evil that pulls us away from being our "me". We simply put on new dresses of traits to look attractive and infatuate others, but why do we forget that we mustn't leave up our true "me" in order to do so.
Truly speaking, we must overlook the negative comments and stay unaffected by them. The bitter words are never strong enough to penetrate into us without our will. So, its up to us whether to let the influence of the negativity amend our "me".
We must at the very same time seize to impress and seize to try to win the hearts of people who want us to be changed. People who do not respect our "me" and who do not like us as we are, don't deserve our attention. Broadly speaking, we must just not worry about trying to win hearts. We must be our true self. We must be our true "me". We mustn't consider the negative remarks and proceed in our life in the way our inner "me" asks us to. Why to be what we aren't? Why to cheat and win hearts? Instead we must live the "me" to the fullest. We must uphold our unique "me" and definitely there would be dozens of people who would get influenced by us. The people who like us with our true "me", are the real well- wishers. So why to alter our "me" for the fake friends or rather the freaking foes?
So lets not consider the ill- comments. Let's pledge to be ourselves, whether the others find us irritating or loving. Its time to live our full "me" and instead of questioning "Why am I me?" Lets say "I am me. And I would be me". And only then our true purpose of life could be fulfilled. Only then, can we live to our utmost potential. Only then can we face the harshest of storms that question our being. Only then can we proudly say "I am me."

Diwali- The Equatorial Aurora

The Indian citizens have been quite agog in the past days, for the it was reported that an aurora would be summoned in late October in the Indian subcontinent. It was reported that the colored lights would last for around a couple of nights in the month of Kartika nearly on the occasion of a New Moon. This could bewilder most people, for Aurora is a patch of colored lights seen at around midnight time in the polar territories. But the occurrence isn't simply a rumor, and is fair in every aspect. When rationalists asked for explanation as a cause of renaissance, the historians and mythologists stood up at first, and began explicating the reasons of the surety of the occurrence  of the equatorial colorful lights. The cause flabbergasted each listener, inducing a concrete reason for the equatorial midnight colorful lights.
The narration followed in a gentle blissful happening and intensified further. But for the very first time, science was overthrown by literature and history. The exile of Lord Rama, Laxmana and Sita for fourteen years to a jungle by King Dashrata- Rama's father himself, though not malignantly but due to a promise to fulfill his second queen - Kaikai's wish who couped against Rama in order to let her son Bharata succeed his Dashrata's throne. Though the first half of the tale didn't seem to explain the reason but the second half fueled to do so. The tale imposed a stress upon the grievances of Rama due to the abduction of his wife Sita by Ravana and the way Hanumana helped him in gaining back his wife. The mythologists then stated that for welcoming Rama back to his kingdom- Ayodhya, people lit "Diyas" ,i.e., lamps. And gradually on that day every year people started bursting crackers in order to celebrate the victory of good over evil. And then did science help out, by introducing colorful crackers that enchant and adore the sky during the abutting days of Diwali.
The Indian skies get filled up with colors that block the horizon during the Diwali fest. Such lights illuminate the night that might be mightier and prettier than the aurora itself. If the poles boast the presence of Aurora then, India must boast the presence of the Diwali lights. The crackers indeed create the effect of an aurora and so the fact isn't a rumor but is a blissful truth.
So Diwali 2014 is soon to knock our doors to summon the aurora at the equator. Diwali being a grand festival, is celebrated not only in India, but in many other nations of the world. A grand bumper of happiness is something that it guarantees. Diwali is a surprise packet embedded with variations in forms of elation, rhapsody  and exuberance. All the practices followed during the Diwali days clearly indicate that it is celebrated to top up our lives with rabidity, And indeed, we the maniacs of joy accept it with jubilation. With refurbished cleansed abodes, decorated verandahs, colored rangolis and colorful crackers, the festival of Diwali is synonymous to the Aurora in the poles. So with this festival we have been given a chance to experience the aurora in our country.
Equatorial Aurora
A festival is something that gives a breakthrough to the daily routine, and Diwali being a carnival of lights, signifies something just more than a change in the daily schedule. With every cracker that is burst, the grievances of life are burst off. With every spark of the cracker a new ray of hope gets lit up. With every trail of smoke, the stress in the lives disappear into infinity. The wicked inimical cracker's burst depicts the burst of melancholy and woe. Every cracker that kisses the skies, inspires us to reach supernatural heights. Every burst that lightens the night, rouses us to brighten our lives. Every shade that we fill up in the rangoli adds up a new shade of merriment into our living. Every sweet that we digest aids us in sweetening our lives and being good to everyone we come across.
So every aspect of this festival is something to be learned. Each tradition, every practice, each formality tries to explicate us the way to live our lives. The very reason for its celebration is not the only aspect we must learn from Diwali, but we need to be perceiving and free to learn from our ancient culture.
So its time to celebrate a happy, safe and a perceptible Diwali. Every element needs to be observed closely. Its time to learn from this festival of lights. Its time to vow to be inspired from every element and every part of Diwali celebration. So let us all enjoy this aurora of lights in India. Let us break through all the chains of rigidity and flow in the ocean of joy, let us celebrate this Diwali with a new attitude towards life and pledge to give a new direction to our lives.
A very Happy Diwali!!!! May you not miss to summon this equatorial aurora!!

Creativity Killing

A new celebration squeaked the door of our hearts, that heralded to broom back the grit of joy and the filth of happiness in the lives of the inhibitory spirited tykes of the Key Stage 4 (10th grade). A frail of elation prevailed, for the Teacher's Day carnival was dated within the next two weeks. And the droplets of ideas that encompassed the students were enough to fill up a whole of an ocean. But the word 'IDEA'  in our terms indicated a thought that had bubbled after perception of something that was prevalent since decades. The ideas actually should be something that evolve naturally. Something that is quite creative and different from the primitive prevailing ongoing. But the fright of being mocked at, suppressed all naturally occurring ideas and the ocean was filled up with the common and aforethought ideas. And certain droplets of gallant demiurgic cogitation were forcibly subjected to evaporation by the cohesive forces of the drops that plopped in the ocean.
This evaporation of ideas is something that can be called as Creativity Killing. This is the killing of new innovations that knock at the minds of some of the tykes. The rationalizing reason for such an act could be the fright of being mocked at. Or the thought of seeming to be out of the trend, if something new is done. In the race of walking with the trend, today, people's thoughts tend to coincide with that of others, as toeing the trend is doing what has always been thought and done. And so the one who's thoughts don't coincide with the trend seem to be the out of the world, boring, outdated, old fashioned and not-in-the-trend personality.
So shouldn't creativity killing be persuaded as a crime. Well, after all a reason for an answer is must. I rather say it should be. But at the same time it shouldn't be too. For it wasn't the children's fault that they thought that a new idea shall be mocked at. Because even most of the adults bear this kind of mentality, and that's what is prevailing since generations. So if Creativity Killing is considered a crime, then each dignified human being today (at least in India) should be subjected to imprisonment on this charge.
Killing (of any severe type) is subjected to fines and imprisonments. So isn't creativity killing a severe crime and isn't creativity a genuine factor of development? Well, the answer is a big "NO" in accordance to our mentality. If someone thrives to do something different, we mock at the person, we sass that the person is crazy and thinks of himself too highly. But have we ever thought that let's give the new thought a try? We simply reject the new pattern of working, tagging it as uninteresting and useless. But why don't we try out the new idea. Confidence blooms once we succeed. And success comes only if we try. And the confidence will encourage others to be creative in return, and creativity shall dominate.
But as if tug with the virtual handcuffs of self-respect, we simply flee from new thoughts. And at the last, not at all allow a single pinch of new ideas in our verandah. Knowing that killing is a crime, yet we unknowingly kill creativity. In this run, we ourselves don't think creatively and at the same time with the weapon of discouragement, abstain others too from doing so.
We won't be able to change our instigated thinking till we don't realize the true importance of creativity. The European countries honor creativity and welcome the thoughts of each being, and at last come up with a whole new idea. The year long stay in U.K. taught me a lot about the success of the Western Countries. At school the worst paintings of mine were appreciated and the worst of my writings were stuck upon the notice board. This encouraged me to paint more and write more, and gradually with increasing confidence, my fear dwindled and the new idea section of my brain got stimulated. Then all our final write ups were taken into a consideration and an entire new story was formed and it was one of the best stories that were printed in Bramely Students Newsletter. So a new piece of work was born out of creativity.
Inspiring new thoughts at the base level is necessary for the upliftment of a new mind set in a community.
A simple instance of creativity killing among Indians was observed by me just a few days ago. As mentioned earlier, the Teacher's Day Function duties were all bestowed upon the students. And the ocean filled with olden ideas evolved. I spotted children who were pleading to try out something different, but their ideas were plunged in the air. And the entire function plan was blueprinted as almost the same as the last year's put ups.
So did any new idea progress during the setting up? Did any development of the students' thinking take place with that put up? Well, the answer is known to each one of us. and such functions are not mere entertainment imparters. But they actually should boost up a child's confidence and bloom up new thoughts.
Well for a country to develop, new ideas are must. Science and literature advancements are possible only with creativity. The country with a high intellectual level is also the one where a mass of creative thinkers exist. So firstly, we have to realize the importance of creativity so as to honor it. Once we realize its significance, then the guts to do something new will automatically pop out. The donkeys work hard everyday, but is there anything new that they do? Do the people appreciate them and aspire to be like them? Well then similarly, doing same things again and again is not at all going to work out. Doing something new and different is what that shall be appreciated. Why to toe the lines of others? We shall instead set out our own frail in this world. Rather than following a role model our goal shall be becoming a role model. And for becoming a role model, creativity is must.
So now the ball is in our court. Lets spurt our creativity into the air and fill up the air of our country with newness. Let's be creative in the minutest of acts. Only then the nimbus cloud of creativity shall be formed. Lets work to create awareness among the Creativity Killers of the consequences of their at. And yes, they are punished. Stagnancy is their punishment. While the creative thinkers fly up high in the sky, the creativity killers remain clogged in the same place for years and for generations at times.
So just the change of mindset is must. And then the world could be a different place for living. "Just give it a try" should dominate our lips and then definitely the next morning's Sun would bestow a creative thought upon our mind, which will be enough to change the dimension for us. That will be enough to make a difference. That will be enough for the developments and advancements of our country and that will be enough to satisfy our souls.

Euthanasia

'Mercy resides in the inner pericardium of our heart. When the heart profound someones' words, sight or condition, there might be a sudden caress that unfurls the thin layer acting as a hiatus between the mercy and the haemo-flow. This rupture might be strolling the mercy into the blood, instigating a sense of leniency into the reflexes. This reflex might then be resulting into the merciful acts that we all commit.
So the clemency of a person relies upon the softness of the heart and the pericardium. Whether the rupture occurs promptly enabling us to bestow mercy upon someone or it delays the fruitful reflex leading to contemptuousness soon after the right moment passes out, depends from head to toe upon us. So to defend a self scorn by bluffing the inner self will not be left an option at all, for the choice to act with leniency is always in our court.
In our monotonous chaotic living, we are rather hardening the pericardium in every fold. The minute we sight a worth pitying creature, we tend to ignore the caressing at the heart surface. We instead try to flee away from the energy that waves at us for aid. The seemingly merciful people starve round the Earth, but their sight can not at all induce a feeling of clemency among us .
Hundreds of people round the Blue planet are worth -being helped out of mercy. The medically and physically disabled people barrage with life every second they breathe. They feel the feelings but cannot deal with them. The agony encompasses them throughout the day. They yell out in loneliness screeching for mercy to be levied upon them. They pray to end up their lives. But their voice is at times gets trapped due to sluggishness of their larynx. They starve of freedom from the wheelchairs. They too wish to sight the stars and hear the jingles. They too have the urge to carve their writing upon papers, and stamp their footprints on the seashore. But they are gifted by God with helplessness and a permanent inertia for rest. The only companion bestowed upon them are sombre, grief, woe, dole, sorrow, melancholy and affliction. So these chums are enough to rationalize their urge to end up the pilgrimage of the life of agonies. They feel that their soul should be freed from the inhuman life they live for they know that the next life that their soul would receive, would depict an eternal well being. They would then be able to behave normally.
But the guards of the door of life, fulfill their duties honestly and in doing so act as perfectly as robots. They too don't adore feelings just as the robots do. Merely they exasperate at the person begging for death like any other beggar asking for materialistic ailments. Excusing this vexation and protestant tendency as a method to prevent disgrace of religions that declare voluntary death as a sin. Some protestants excuse this restriction as a method to prevent involuntary illicit Euthanasia that resembles a kind of murder.
Religion pleads people to do good and is meant for the good will of the people. So how can one use the religion as a tool to offend Euthanasia. Religion should defend well- being at any stake, and euthanasia is rather for the well being of the trapped souls, so how can a law made by the well wishing tool offend well being? This question is capable of surmounting all the religious offenses put forward.
So despite knowing the afflictions of the sufferers, why are we being merciless? Why don't the lawmakers make Euthanasia licit. Don't all the souls have the right to wander round healthily in the freezing breeze. The captivity of souls in the body corresponds to imprisonment to death for an impeccable prisoner. So can't the book be thrown against this torture to the soul.
If the body isn't killed, than fine, there's no sin done, but actually speaking, the soul starves in the physique as a helpless captive. So after  all torturing is a more inhuman crime. So is torturing better than killing? Well, that's one of the wrangling questions, that strikes the lawmakers. But as to humanity is concerned, capital crime is better among the two.
So why not cease the sufferers' handcuffs that we hold? Why not let the people end up their distress? They too are mend of the same materials. Why to let them suffer, when a new life awaits their harbinger. Why not let the frightful birds fly off into the eternal heaven where a new life awaits their fortune.
Euthanasia: Physician assisted death
Some cons of the Euthanasia ('easy killing' in Greek) include the increase in the number of involuntary Euthanasia acts, stating of murders as an act of Euthanasia. And thereby, an increase in clean chits for the criminals. But a neurosurgeon operates every patient, despite of the fact that the mortality rate in neurological operations is quite low. So even in Euthanasia chances of illicit killing would be high like chances of death in neurosurgery, but that doesn't mean that due to a dozen fake mercies, a hundred might be left onto this planet, bearing dismay. So in fear of the bad, can the good be overlooked? Being scared of the wrong- doings can the good deeds be suspended? Well, the answer remains unrevealed until the Supreme Court in India announces its judgement.
Well, in several countries, Euthanasia is legalized by now. But still there are a number of countries that do not permit Euthanasia. And as to India is concerned, all the answers rely upon the knock of the judge's hammer.
The hammer's soon to either relieve hundreds of souls or declare them as a life long captive.
So whether active euthanasia,  i.e., direct killing of a person or passive euthanasia, i.e., killing a person indirectly, i.e., by ceasimg to give proper medicines in order to kill a person is preferrable, is another question that blocks the way to a true freedom of souls.
But anyways, the literal answers to all these questions lie deep within each creature. Whether the true mercy for sufferers arise in us or not? Whether the ruptures in our heart develop a clemency filled attitude within us or not? Whether we let the caterpillars- the sufferers fly into the sky like the butterflies. Whether we are still superstitious and religiously bound or practically thoughtful and believe in goodwill? Whether we take risks in life or be frightful and ruin souls due to the fear?
The answer lies in how we review life. Its upto us how our contemplations oscillate round this matter. Its upto us whether the pericardium ruptures or the adrenaline secretes while something worth mercy is viewed.
So the hundreds of lives today, rest upon our thinking. Hundreds of souls await our decision.
So lets join hands in this rally to reach a decision. Let's raise our voice to legalize Euthanasia, so that the sufferers could step out of the world and then soon return back with another physique and feel the wind gush through their veins. See the rainbow enrich the sky, smell the flowers in the bewitching backyard, step upon the filthy floor and perform dexterous dealings.
